Using the information gathered in the 'Brief' stage, we will identify key acquirers in the sector and present your company to potential buyers/acquirers via a comprehensive Information Memorandum (IM) or Sales Presentation Booklet (Sales Particulars) depending on the nature of the business, your brief and our advice.

The main aim of this stage of the process is to present concise facts in the best light possible and critically, to the correct audience and potential buyers.

Regal Business Sales Ltd has a professional team of qualified, Marketeers, Copywriters and your dedicated Company Director will work with you to fully understand the key commercial and financial aspects of the business or commercial property/development opportunity that you are looking sell and dispose of.

The documents we present to potential acquirers are a mixture of electronic and hard copies and will include either Sales Particulars, Sales Presentation Booklet or an Information Memorandum, and if confidentiality is a key, we will advise a Teaser Document (confidential opportunity summary) and also go through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with any interested parties and prospective buyers in this instance.
