The documents we present are a mix of electronic and hard copies and will include either, Sales Particulars, Sales Presentation Booklet or an Information Memorandum and if confidentiality is a key, we will advise a Teaser Document (confidential opportunity summary) and then go through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with any interested parties and prospective buyers in this instance.
