Once we have the results gained from the Brief & Action stages, there is still a considerable amount of work to be done.
However, when an offer is submitted, that is where our expertise in accepting or declining an offer, further negotiations on your behalf and eventually an agreement,
provide real value to the vendor.
We are now in a position to manage the rest of the sale through to completion for our clients, as follows:

Legal advisors are appointed

Heads of Terms Agreement is drafted and signed by both parties.

Due Diligence will commence, to include legal, financial and commercial.

RBS will continue to work with and co-ordinate all parties, ensuring all documents are made available in a timely fashion.

Once Due Diligence is satisfied, the Sale & Purchase Agreement is prepared by the appointed Legal Advisors

Both parties sign, then contracts are exchanged and the transaction is completed.
